I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DataRobot (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in May 2024
Interview
I applied online on the 16th April 2024 and had my first response on the 18th April asking for an Interview with the recruiter for the 23th April.
The first interview was to find out if I could be the right person for the advertised position and in addition if I think it's the right role for me.
The second interview was with the hiring manager on the 1st May and it was excellent, The way the hiring manager has approached the interview was exactly how I would do it so I was very comfortable during the interview.
The third interview was with a CSM peer on the 3rd May and I had truly a great experience with a very lovely person who came across very knowledgable but humble at the same time and I liked this.
The last interview was with the VP - Account Management and Renewals on the 6th May and again a super lovely person with the same qualities as my CSM peer.
At this stage I was sure I wanted to work for DataRobot as I enjoyed all of the interviews with each individual. Then finally on the 8th May, I received an email from the recruiter that they will make me an offer which was superb news.
I personally loved the efficiency during the hiring process something you don't have very often but which is very important. Also the communication with the recruiter during the entire process was brilliant (Thank you Ariel).
It was truly a great Interview experience , thank you.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DataRobot in Jun 2021
