The whole process took between 2-3 weeks and consisted of 5 stages, the first stage was a screening with the HR to see if I was a good fit, the second stage was a technical screening with one of their engineers in the US and he was left impressed. After that I was given a take home assessment to see my ability to code and after that I was then moved onto a meeting with my potential team mates and we got on really well to the point that we were all excited to work with each other. The final stage was then to meet the senior members which was slightly less enthusiastic but was given positive feedback. A few days after that stage, I then noticed that all future job applications were being handled by Workday which I found odd. I was then given then given the rejection email which confused me as I was given communication hinting that I would then speak to the CTO and get an offer. The email told me to speak to my recruiter for feedback but all the recruiters had ignored every message that I had sent them. The people in the company were nice but the long interview stages seemed to be more of a waste of time especially with the lack of transparency and feedback. It left quite a sour taste
