Interview
Online application was followed by an email requesting an interview a few days later. The recruiter called me 10 minutes late, not a big deal things happen. Spent the first few minutes apologizing then before we even discussed the role immediately went to my salary requirements. I have never had a call open with that but ok I guess cut right to the chase. Asked very basic questions it all went pretty well. Next day received email that I would be hearing back with a time to schedule next interview with hiring manager and if I don’t hear back in a few days to follow up. After a few days I sent a follow up email as requested and received no response I was just ghosted. If the role was filled or I wasn’t the best fit just say so. I don’t know why recruiters have made it common practice to not respond to emails and just leave people hanging. This experience would most likely prevent me from interviewing for any future opportunities here.
Multiple interviews. Submit writing samples. Meet with different team members. Talk about your experience with different types of content and reaching specific personas and how you're able to stay on message with a specific voice. Was a good experience overall.
