DataServ (Missouri) interview questions

In person interviews were pretty standard but they require a personality/intelligence test that gets to be a little much and drags out the process. The entire hiring experience took about 3 months, which you might expect from a bigger company

DataServ had excellent communication with me throughout the interviewing process and overall was very welcoming from initial contact to final offer. I found this to be refreshing from most companies who don't seem to respect candidate's time or want to nurture an authentic relationship from the start. The first step was to interview with HR on the phone and this was quickly followed by an in-person meeting with the CEO and HR. There was a 'top-grading' approach done by CEO and HR in the next round to discuss detail about my work at prior employers and my educational experiences. I liked how DataServ wanted to know about who I am in totality ... and not just the last employer. The final interview was a panel interview with the stakeholders in DataServ that I would be supporting. In addition, there were a number of online tests for me to complete to better assess my style, personality, intelligence and other traits. The timeline was less than one month from initial contact to offer.
