For my first round of on-site interviews, I met with three members of the team. I had great discussions with everyone about the role and the company. I got the impression that they were really looking for someone who would not only contribute a fresh set of ideas, but also fit culturally. My second on-site was a 30 minute interview with the CFO. I was asked to come back the following day for another round of interviews with the hiring manager and current office manager. My final interview was a quick phone call with the CEO. While there were some schedule changes, I think the whole process was done well. Everyone I spoke to was excited about the company, which made me even more interested in the role. The entire process only took a few weeks, as they were looking to fill the role as quickly as possible.
