Interview
Interviewed with 8 people (2 VPs). I received great feedback!. After hours of interviewing and being told "I am recommending you". Silence. I had to contact them. I was told "We decided to hire a Director instead of a Mgr". I am a SR Director and former VP. Confusing!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly cultural fit. But again don't be confused because it appears to be going well. Unfortunately they appear to be very disorganized. Also they change their mind but don't take the time to communicate with the candidate.
Applied on line, had about 5 interviews - its a small company, not know to market. instead of building employer brand via recruitment they actually getting a bad name due to unprofessional rescuing team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No structure to interviews, same questions asked on all interviews ..... Waste of time. Will never consider the Datastax for employment opportunity and will not recommend. It seems the company do not bother providing feedback to candidates or to advising them after the interviews. Very unprofessional – HR should look in to the recruitment processes. I would say at the moment the are unethical
