Very lengthy process. I made it absolutely clear in the beginning that I am more of a Data Sciene and ML person with most of my experience being around AI and GenAI pre-sales. Even then in interview process, I was evaluate on my ability to design data pipelines. This is extremely unfair. And they DO NOT want pre-sales folks for this job. Unfortunately, they do not understand difference between pre-sales and implementation. They need Data Engineers with soft skills (even if they dont have the ability to sell). Based on my personal experience and based on hundreds of other negative experiences here on Glassdoor, I would not recommend wasting 5-6 weeks of your time here unless you are a Data Engineer. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial call. My background and experience were not aligned with the role, so we did not proceed to the next round. Unfortunately, the interview experience was not very positive. The recruiter was late to the scheduled call, and the communication style felt somewhat one-sided and pushy rather than collaborative. I would have appreciated a more balanced and respectful conversation.
