There seems to be no established protocol for the hiring process or a clear idea of the type of candidates the company is looking for. I had ten interviews, which spanned a total of four months, and almost every interview was identical. No offer in the end. Applicants applying internationally should know that the company requires you to come in for an in-person interview, regardless of where you live. On the other hand, my main point of contact from HR was supportive and asked for feedback.

Interview
Had a first interview which went really well, then had a test which went great too, then had an interview with a Senior Director and the interview went really well and I had all the skills required but I was rejected. I was very confused and asked for feedback but never received any. Impossible to get in touch with anyone and the only person who would assist referred me to the HR person who never answered my request. Would recommend that the company and the people they hire put more effort into answering emails and providing a way to communicate with the people who interviewed you.

Interview
Did so many interviews (5 in total) as well as a quiz. It was an extremely lengthy process and there must not have been any communication between the different interview panels as they asked the same questions each time. It became very repetitive and draining.
