Interview process was scheduled through office manager. First interview was in person and was two hours long. One-on-one interviews with the office manager, lead engineer, 2 sales people, and a CEO. Two weeks later, another in-person interview was scheduled with the CEO. I feel this interview could have been handled better over the phone.
