First off, none of the people who interviewed me had any clue of how to conduct an interview. Second, the sales person that met with me was very rude and only wanted to pick my brain for marketing ideas. She never smiled nor encouraged any answers to her questions. Then, when one of the interviews ran over by 15 minutes, the CEOs assistant came in and said that the CEO can't meet with me since the allotted time ran over. If this is the way they treat candidates, I can't imagine working there. Very unprofessional and horrible leadership from my experience. The hour and a half interview was a complete waste of time.
