I completely understand if I wasn’t a good fit for the role, but please respect candidates' time. If an applicant dedicates hours to your multi-round interview process, the bare minimum requirement is a standard rejection email. Leaving people in limbo is unprofessional and harms your brand, especially when we are your ultimate customer.
