Process went very quickly, mostly because of the nature of the position (short time period for internship). The interview had some challenging questions beyond me just talking about myself, challenged me to think creatively and really understand what I was getting into, which I very much appreciated. Interviewer spoke very highly of the company and had some real insight into why he liked it so much rather than fluff.
