Causal and over zoom. Met with a supervisor and some members of the team so I could get a feel of how it feels to work there from peers. Overall felt laid back, asked interesting questions that made me think. No gotcha or overly technical questions. The questions could gauge your knowledge based on how you answered without being over the top technical in the actual question.

Had an initial phone interview, a 1-on-1 zoom interview, and then a second zoom interview with a panel. The process was quick (~1.5 weeks), and the people were very friendly and relaxed.
