I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Day & Zimmermann (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Really relaxed interview. The people were very nonchalant and easy to get along with. They really tried to get to know you. They went over your resume and passed up questions relating to interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Day & Zimmermann in Apr 2013
Interview
Quick response to application. Less than a week. I was called and began a phone interview. The questions were simple and straight to the point. After that I interviewed face to face and and received a tour of the facility. The hiring process was very quick but I was also the first intern for the department so they did not have an exact procedure and it so it took a while to receive work assignments.
