Very long process with multiple (5) phone interviews. After the fifth phone interview I was asked to fly to their office and interview with my potential supervisor as well as their boss. While it was a long process I believe they were being very thorough given the seniority of the position I was being considered for. It can seem like an endless process however I learned more about the company and the expectations for the position during each interview.
