Day & Zimmermann interview questions

In a word: Brutal. "The Gauntlet" Multiple phone screening and interviews. Multiple face-to-face interviews. Presentations. Multiple request for more information, more references, more experience, specific data (revenue goal, sales volume, etc.)

I worked for Duke Energy for 18 years and left because I got tried of traveling. But I stayed in the Duke system for the past 17 years with different contractors. So every time that different contractors wins the contract bid they ask me to roll into their group. So basically for me they just have me sign papers for the next contractors that wins the bid so I can't say how it is for everyone.
