The interview process went fairly smooth, considering it was at the tail end of the year when many are typically out of office. Julie, DaySmart's talent consultant, went above and beyond to help ensure I was ready and prepared for the interviewing process. Other than an initial phone interview, I came into the Ann Arbor office twice for in-person interviews with the current QA team and related leadership. Both times I visited the office, everyone I interacted with was super friendly and open to answering any questions I had. During these interviews, I met with two groups and was asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions to gauge my personality and technical skills. Finally, I came in for a quick (30 minute) interview with the CEO for the final thumbs up.
