It was a relatively quick and easy going interview with Jenn, and then I did a second interview with her and a colleague. They seemed like good or great people I would want to work for, my only real negative experience was that there were a couple delays in the process but other then that it was pretty much stress free which is really important to me personally. I didn't get an offer, but overall the experience was mostly positive and honestly if Jenn called me tomorrow and asked me to work for her I would do it because she seemed pretty pulled together on her side. I kind of assumed they went with an internal promotion, or a hands off person, over me and you honestly can't fault them if that's what they felt like they needed. My only major gripe was the long delay in communication between rounds and a long delay after, on rejection... (Shrug) onward and upward, no hard feelings compared to other places I've interviewed at recently
