The recruiter reached out to me via messaging asking if I was interested in the role and, if so, to send my availability. I have messaged back 3 times giving various dates/times for 3 weeks and sent emails with no response. I also messaged the CEO...nothing. Ghosting is becoming too common of a practice. Candidates are recruiters "customers" and should be KPI'd on candidates satisfaction with the process.
