It was a phone call. The person explained the job roles and responsibilities and the benefits linked to the job. She sent me some forms to fill in afterwards. I was asked to confirm whether I agreed for the job.

Received an interview from the senior recruiter and scheduled a phone interview with them. I was told I would hear back by the following Monday but received another email two days later to schedule a second phone interview. Second phone interview was with the senior manager. Both interviews went extremely well, I had a great time speaking to both individuals. In my second interview, I was told that I would hear back by the next week. Received no email in the following two weeks, so I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter. No response. Sent another follow-up email a week later with no response. I really enjoyed the interview and speaking with the employees but I am very disappointed that I was not granted the courtesy of getting a reply. Very disappointed in the lack of communication therefore I can't rate my overall experience as a positive one.
