Interview
There is three level of interview and the contact person was Sue Svetkovich. The first round was some very basic HR question and it was pretty smooth and straightforward. The next round was about the technical knowledge of Database and customer support on situational scenarios. The first two rounds were over the phone. The last interview was a face to face meeting with the managers. It was about my resume, relative experience and question on customer service.

HR screening with basic questions
Director round with past experience
Technical rounds with the leads.
It was an an average interview with sql questions and previous experience.
Initial interview will ask basic questions on how to troubleshoot client reported issues as well as some database knowledge required. Follow up interview is similar but with the hiring manager and team lead.

During the interview, there's not much technical questions and more on about your experience(maybe just for this position).
The recruiter conducted my initial and final interview.
For, final interview, they just asked me 5 questions and recorded my answers.
After 2 business days, they contacted me for the result and i already received the job offer.
