After a phone interview from the HR department (which went well), the HR team contacted me the same day to set up a 2nd interview with the project manager. HR also advised that this position requires intermediate to advance level of sql and an xml and that it is compulsory for me to partake a test. So, BOTH, the test as well as the sql and xml test took place on the same day. Given the fact that I needed to brush up on my sql syntax I requested for the interview to be set in a week time. On attending the 2nd interview, HR as well as the Project Manager, they both made me feel comfortable. The sql and xml test went well. The interview with the project manager was extremely at ease. I mean the project manager literally mentioned more about the project itself as oppose to asking me 10 000 questions. (which was great). 4 days after the interview, HR called me and made me an offer. Next thing you know I was in for a 3rd meeting with HR signing my contract.
