Received an email from the recruiter to setup a call to talk about the position and my experience. Then had to take a lengthy personality test. I then was selected to move on to the technical interview a few days later. After the technical interview, did not hear back from the recruiter regarding next steps, or if they were not considering me to move on. I was ghosted - very unprofessional. I expected at least a follow up from someone.

Contact by HR and then schedule a phone interview with a manager. Tell a bit about me, Answered some technical questions and situational questions.
Contacted the next day and scheduled for a face to face interview. The manager I was intended to do the interview was sick, did interview with different manager, technical questions, situational questions and tell a bit more about myself. Then did a written technical test on sql and c# coding. Then another manager did another interview to know more about me the same day. After one week I was scheduled for another interview with a VP and senior manager. I explain a bit about myself, did situational and behavioural questions. Then did a presentation about database architecture.
