I applied through Linkedin and got an email from HR requesting phone call within two to three days. First step was a phone interview, thirty plus minute call with HR manager - very basic waste of time questions. Situation based questions about what would you do etc. Then I was asking to meet with the Hiring manager. It started casual then some standard questions. Nothing too technical just going through the resume. The manager was very open about his feedback and easy to talk to.
