I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce
Interview
I was contacted via a recruiter asking if I was interested in the position via email. I then did a 1/2 hr phone interview with HR. Then went for an in person interview with the manager who, at the end of the interview, said was going to put me in touch with the Director for the last interview. 3 weeks later and still no reply. Then received an email notifying me that they would not be continuing with my application.
It is now October and they are still hiring for the position. I would bet that if God applied, they would turn him down as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dayforce (Melbourne) in Sep 2019
Interview
When I submitted the application I received an instant email we want to talk to you. First step was a call from US to check the interest for the position and if i would be a fit. I received an email in 2 hours requesting to organise face to face interview for the next day. After all the discussions and talk the feed back at the end was this was a good investigation session. The call was followed up and organised to talk to the hiring manager he mentioned 30 seconds before the call there will be another director on the call to ask some questions. Then they asked me what is your notice period. And it has been 1 months now since last catchup and no news despite the email follow ups. I felt the process was a bit unprofessional and if any new the employer should let the candidate know not keeping them in the dark side. Interview says alot about the company culture !
