Interview
I interviewed twice with Ceridian once in 2020 and once in 2022. Both times the interview experience was negative.
Between both the interviews the final round questions were exactly the same problem statement they asked me to solve. Not a single change in the question in 2 years which was a serious red flag from the get go. The interviewers both times looked disinterested and not passionate about their work. The first round in 2020 was literally one guy coming on zoom and asking 25 questions and then leaving the meeting. The 2022 interview was atleast better with the manager sharing his vision for the team and company. Add to this, in my 2022 interview they offered me a demotion position from my current role hoping that I would accept.
4 rounds. A mix of technical and behavioral. Coding session with two other developers. It was Leetcode but not very difficult. Each team has their own style. They wanted to make sure you are a good fit for the team, not the
