1st interview lasted 10 mins and 2nd interview lasted 20 mins. Both were set on Teams meeting (online), but only I switched on the video. The 2nd interviewer rescheduled the first time and during the day of interview, she was 10 minutes late. The recruiter set a positive tone and made me have high expectations of the interview outcome. He even raised his offer from $3.5k to $3.7k. However at the end of it, I did not get an offer due to "changes in plan" ...??
