Streamlined process. Very professional people. They will communicate and not leave you ghosted even if you are not shortlisted, whereas some other companies would simply ghost you. The first round was a technical (non-coding round) with a Sr. Software Developer. One must be really good with C# programming concepts and SQL Programming in order to clear the first (1 hr) round as well as the second (1 hr round) , you will be asked to solve a easy leet code type coding question and asked to design sql tables based on a scenario. The third round(2hrs) is difficult as in they expect you to solve a medium - hard level coding question in 25-30mins. And then they also expect you to know CSS (Advanced) and React/Angular as this was for a full stack developer role. Also expect past experience based detailed questions.

There 3 stages on the interviews: initial, manager, and technical interview. Managed to get to the 3rd interview but after that no feed back about the status of the applicatant.

Was the first interview, just a debriefing, asking about my experience, when can I start, why I'm leaving my current position, salary expectations. Was only 20 minutes and I was told right away I was moving onto the next interview with the technical questions.
