I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce (Toronto, ON) in May 2015
Interview
Was interviewed by a supervising manager and another person on the technical writing team. They also had me do a test wherein I was supposed to pick out mistakes in a series of technical bulletins, a test that was more like a proofreading than a writing test.

Question 1
Have you ever had a problem with a coworker and how did you go about resolving that?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online and the process took many weeks, as there was such a long gap between stages - initial HR phone interview, 2nd phone interview with a technical writer, 3rd interview was in person with hiring manager and another colleague with a writing test that followed.
Everyone I encountered spoke so highly of the company and work culture and I thought it all went very well, which is why I was extremely disappointed to get a canned email a few days later saying my skills etc. did not align with their requirements. Not cool, not cool at all!
When a potential candidate spends so much time and effort in the hiring process, they deserve a personal phone call or an email from somebody they spoke with in the organization if they are not extending an offer, not a canned email from a do not reply box. I even tried to follow up with their HR recruiter for feedback and got no reply. This is not an acceptable way to end the hiring process.
