Interview
1. Pre-call screening with HR (1 hour) 2. First Technical Interview with Software Developer(who is less experiened than me) (1 hour) 3. Second Technical Round (2 hours) with two senior developers but they finished the interview in 30 mins and said their manager is on leave and i will be having managerial round next week. despite of giving a strong interview (answered all most all the questions and interviewers were impressed so much) they didnt select me . The sad part is they didnt even bother to send me rejection mail after wasting my time on the interview process , i had to mail HR so many times to get a regret email saying i don't have strong skills , i really don't know what they were looking for anyway.
There 3 stages on the interviews: initial, manager, and technical interview. Managed to get to the 3rd interview but after that no feed back about the status of the applicatant.

Was the first interview, just a debriefing, asking about my experience, when can I start, why I'm leaving my current position, salary expectations. Was only 20 minutes and I was told right away I was moving onto the next interview with the technical questions.
