Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter for the position and an interview was set up between myself and the hiring manager. The hiring manager ran about 10 minutes late and then failed to discuss any actual skills or qualification for the job and only talked to me about personal items. I was told by the hiring manager that she would set up another formal interview the following week. About 2-3 weeks later, I found out the position was offered to another person.
Short and simple. Talk with hire manager, than gets introduce to team. You start by discusing with recruiter though. Overall one of the best interviews I've ever had. One thing to watch out for is to show a willigness to learn and not be stubborn.
General question about skills set and experience. They did not ask technical questions or dive into details. The interviewer shared the correct project scope, timeline, and I also requested for a general day to day breakdown.
