Overall a really bad experience coming from a company that delivers workforce management tools because they ghosted me during the interview process. Their HR sits in the Philippines and conduct the prescreening interview based on the country that she lives in and have no clue about work culture in Australia being different than in the Philippines.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. Initial Zoom meeting, a portfolio review with three senior designers, and a panel interview with other 5 designers. I only got a reject email from a third-party recruiter. I emailed the interviewer for feedback, but there was no reply.
