I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce in May 2020
Interview
Mostly standard behavioural interview questions. I did 2 rounds, 1 with a recruiter and the 2nd was with the manager of the team. Overall the process was good and I received an offer 1 week after my 2nd interview.
