Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult (Customer, situation, etc...).
It was pretty straight forward. Typically hotels need to fill positions fast so I applied and then was invited in. I’m very over qualified so it helped. I was asked about my experiences and all types of things. Pretty laid back considering this was a temporary position.
