Daystar Television Network interview questions

I was in a room in front of three people. There was one main person asking the questions and the other person would chime in occasionally. But the third person didn't look up a single time from his phone. And toward the end of the interview the second person was looking at her phone and not paying attention to me at all. I tried to ask basic questions such as "what's a typical day like here?" which is a pretty basic question. They denied to answer because "those type of questions" were for people who made it to the next round of interviews. I ended it there and never looked back.
