I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dayton Freight (Greenwood, IN) in May 2019
Interview
My interview was fairly straightforward, except I was pretty much asked to explain my life story lol. Just asked why I wanted to work there, previous jobs, experience in field etc
The interview was straightforward and the training was comprehensive. The job is part time, whether you work the AM or PM shift. I had a good experience overall and learned a lot about proper shipping techniques and weight distribution in trailers.
