The interview process was streamlined and efficient. It was all done online with a twist. I needed to make a couple of videos of myself answering certain questions. I prefer face-to-face meetings when answering questions because this gives me a chance to ask for clarification on certain points. Because this was a new approach for me, I was a bit nervous and over-prepared, practicing for hours to no avail. My recommendation to others is to plan for the entire process to take 20-30 minutes tops. After some preparation, just be yourself and speak naturally on videos instead of reading from a script.
