The interview was rather simple. I was asked questions about my previous work experience and how would I handle certain situations. I interviewed with the head of the department and his assitant, which was kind of nerve wrecking not knowing what to expect. It was very easy. The first step of the interview was with a manager and the second interview was with the Dean. Overall, the interview was very easy for anyone.

It was an on-campus interview with the IT manager that lasted about 30 minutes. We discussed my major and prior work expereince. The manager was easy to talk to and it felt more like a discussion than an interview. He also asked about the classes I had taken and if I had any current experience in the IT field. It was about a week after when I heard back and was offered the job.
