I received an interview offer 7 days after applying. I had a video chat followed by a 2 hour in-person interview. My chats with the Marketing Director were wonderful, I felt our personalities were similar and I felt confident and at ease. The video call and first portion of my interview were with her. 2 other people interviewed me in person, a customer service rep who used to be a marketer at Deako and a product manager. The customer service rep and I got along well but the product manager asked oddly technical questions that were not relevant to the position and made me feel uncomfortable and unprepared. Be sure to do a ton of research on the company before you apply here. Overall, everyone was very respectful. I received a personalized rejection email rather than a template, which I loved. It did take around a month after my interview to be rejected, however.
