Interview
Had a quick phone interview with the DSM. Met the DSM within a week, interviewed for about 45 minutes asked the normal interview questions. At the end of the interview she asked me to fill oput an application as well as a backgroung check authorization form (they only check for criminal background). About a week later she asked that I meet with the regional. The meet with the regional manaher was about 45 minutes also. At the end of my interview with the regional the Dsm said she would call me within a afew days. I did not hear back fromt he DM within that time. About 10 days later I call ed the DSM and asked her if any decisions have been made yet. She informed me that no, nothing final yet but that I was still a top contender for the position and that she would call me within a week.
I never heard back from the DSM ansd the store opened.

Initially I was given two interviews from management of the store I was applying at, and a DM interview. When I was promoted to SM I was given another DM interview and one with the Regional manger.
