Was your basic interview process of meeting with the DM. Took off guard by the DM to stop and break to go answer cell phone but asked the standard interview questions. One thing that did throw me off by giving me a print out of questions and having me write down the answers myself. Just a little weird.

While interviewing I felt very compfortable and the interview was was very informative and the district manager answered all my questions . the training for us this was very gave a lot of information well being with one on one with a training manager

Initially I was given two interviews from management of the store I was applying at, and a DM interview. When I was promoted to SM I was given another DM interview and one with the Regional manger. The questions were thorough and specific, and were targeted towards the most difficult aspects of the job in the current state of the company.

I was asked to put together a 90 day plan for my store, and explain how I would implement those changes.
