Was told the interview would be 2 hours but it ended up being 4. Felt a lot more like a sales pitch. They had us pitching tents in the store, watching promotional videos and marketing hypothetical businesses. I would understand such an interview for an upper management role or more corporate position but for a casual retail job it was a lot. Ended up getting the job but didn't take it as the interview was a turn off.
