I applied through website in Jan 2021, only to have received an interview invite 5 months later. No HR round involved. 1st round was a simple face to face interview with mostly fit type or behavioral questions. The interview ended with a feedback that I wasn't a good fit for the role but would keep me open for other new positions. A month later, I was invited to have another face to face interview for the new position they'd intended to create. It was also a casual interview with mostly fit type or behavioral questions. The 2nd round interview ended with expectations to go through HR processes the week after. Unfortunately, the process ended here as I no longer hear any feedback despite follow up emails. The experience was unprofessional at best as the HR almost played no role in the process and interviewers went dead silence.
