Interview
I went through 4 different interviews and a written assignment over a 3 week period. After submitting the written assignment I was completely ignored by the hiring manager. I reached out to check on the status in various ways and was still completely ignored. The hiring manager only got back to me when I reached out to another person I interviewed with and explained my situation. It took an entire month for them to get back to me and when I asked for any feedback for myself I was completely ignored again. They had no respect for the time and effort I put into the interview process.
