Decathlon Sport Leader, Coach interview questions

Decathlon Recruitment Drive is conducted where there is Sports Round followed by panel interview round. The sports round is physically challenging but fun at the end of the day. Interviewers are quite friendly during the interview but ask concrete questions. If you get shortlisted from the interview, there is a 2 day trial named Live our life where you actually work inside the store and experience the work culture.
