I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Deepwatch (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
Straightforward process, no surprises. Went through 3 different interviews and entire team was very transparent about company and job overview. Had team members reach out prior to start date to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deepwatch (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process with deepwatch was thorough but not exhausting. Starting with a phone interview to gauge interest and compatibility, it moves to a video-based technical interview, and finally another video interview with the manager you'll be working with. As the company is 100% remote, there is no in-person portion. However, the recruiter was actively available for any questions and follow-up information. This made the entire process comfortable, and I feel gave me a good idea of what working with the company would be like.
