The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Defense Health Agency (New York, NY)
Interview
Mircocosm of everything that is wrong with the federal hiring process. The interview last almost an hour. The interviewer were only allowed to read questions word for word from a script. They were extremely long and wordy, not well pharsed, and just remembering the whole question was a challenge. I was not allowed to ask for any clarification and the interviewers did not ask me to clearlfy anything I said. For all intense and purposes, the whole interview could have been done over email and nothing would have been lost. This is a prefect repersentation of the over bureaucratization of the federal hiring process. It felt like an interview with a group of robots.
