I applied online to the vacancy and did not receive a response. I went to the campus to introduce myself and was treated very respectfully. I was contacted the following semester for an interview. Adjunct positions are based on need and student enrollment each semester so there is never a certainty for a position. Usually there is a pool of candidates who are available at different times. I was available at the right time and had the qualifications.

Mainly situation questions with some personality questions thrown in. It was in front of a group panel with members from the department, director and HR. Each one had questions and asked them one at a time. They also gave the opportunity to ask questions about the program and day to day occurrences within the program.
