Interview
I applied online in October but didn't hear back from them until mid-November. I got the interview email on a Friday telling me I had a group interview the following Monday. I sat with a group of 7 people and one of the interviewers. You get background information about the company (but everyone is encouraged to put their hands up if they know about the company) and are told about what will happen for the interview.
In your group, there is an icebreaker activity first where you learn about the person next to you and have to introduce them to the group. Afterwards, the interviewer asked situational questions to the group and you were asked to respond on how you would deal with it. At the end of this, each person was interviewed individually away from the group and you also had to fill out a short question sheet.

We were a very large group, they first talked about the company and what kind of roles were available and then proceeded to do individual interviews. They called us one by one and had a short chat with us (max 10mins).
