I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware North (London, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process was quite simple, the initial application involved answering a few simple questions, then later I received an email telling me to call them, which I did and then I had a phone interview. The interview was really relaxed and chilled, no trick questions asked. After the interview I was told I would receive details on the assessment in two working days. After getting an email about the assessment I booked a slot and had the assessment the following week. The assessment was very chill, we started off doing an ice breaker exercise and getting to know one another. Then we split off into our respective job roles and were assessed. My main piece of advice would be to be confident and bubbly, and make sure that you are seen by the assessors (but be yourself). Just make sure you're memorable because there are usually a number of other candidates on the day as it is a group assessment, so it is important to stick out (in a good way).

Interview
The interview was a simple phone call- very fast and informal. No trial shift, just a job offer at the end of the call. Straight to the point and concise. Great experience!

Interview
Applied online through their website. Had a phone interview by one of the supervisors. Then told to book an assessment day at one of the allocated locations. I wanted to work at Emirates so I chose to do it at Emirates but it does not matter where you did, it will be the same assessment. Arrived on the day, around 100 people, did an interactive task where we had to speak to other candidates, put into groups where we were set a challenge to protect an egg from a fall using the given utensils. After, we were allocated to the supervisors that represented the particular role we initially applied for. Underwent an assessment where we had to identify the potential hazards in a kitchen and then asked to fill in questionnaires.
